Terms and Conditions

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service below to follow them.

General

- client's use and understanding -

  • The client agrees that the commission is for personal use only and does not have the right to reproduce the artwork for any profit whatsoever.

  • The client agrees to still credit me as the original artist of the commissioned artwork.

  • Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork in any past, present or future AI technology nor blockchain-associated technology, including non fungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrency, NFT marketplaces or future inventions in the space. Any use of the artwork for any adverising or profits associated with AI technology, non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

  • The client does not have the right to remove, edit, or otherwise alter my signature nor any other piece of the artwork (this incluides repainting, making bases, etc). Any editing outside of cropping for icons, banners and close-ups to your commission is prohibited.

  • As the artist, I retain the copyright of the commissioned artwork.

  • I reserve the right to use, publish, livestream and record the commissioned artwork and its process.

  • If commissioned for fanart of an existing series or franchise, I reserve the right to sell the artwork at any given point, such as prints or in art books.

  • As the artist, I reserve the right to decline the commission request for any reason I see fit.

  • I have the right to cancel the commission at any time if the client is excessively or continuously rude, demanding, childish, or inappropriate. The client will not be refunded and will be blacklisted.

Payments and refunds

  • The payment can only be done via Paypal or Bizum.

  • Once the work has been started I do not accept refunds unless something happens on my part.

  • The buyer pays the service charge (since it’s an international payment it is calculated by a certain %, meaning the charge can go up to 5~10€ and sometimes more).

  • I will start the commission when all the payment is made. Only as an exception, if the client can't make the payment at once, I will separate the payment in two.

Commission process

  • Please provide as many visual references as possible, the more references, the better the result. If there’s anything specific you want to see in the picture, add that too (you can send me a Drive folder with all the images).

  • I will not take a commission without proper visual references.

  • Commissions are not first come first served.

  • I'll try to finish your order as soon as possible, but due to I'm also a student, sometimes the wait may be extended, please be patient.

  • I don't work with deadlines. The estimated waiting time is 3-4 weeks from the moment I start working on your commission. I will contact you if there will be a longer delay.

  • I'll send you a sketch for approval. This is the moment when you can ask for major changes (3/4 max).

  • The client can ask for little changes until I start to do the lineart. Then, in case the client really needs to do important changes, they will have to pay an extra.

  • I will deliver the full piece via email/google Drive. The artwork is a digital good and will not be physically sent to the customer.

  • Once the artwork is sent, the commission will have finished and the client has 2/3 months to safely save it (due to limited mail space, I can't have forever all the commissions uploaded).

Will draw

  • Original characters (OC)

  • Fanart (anime, videogames, movies...)

  • Real people (famous, family, friends...)

  • D&D characters

  • Furry and anthro

  • Sexy/suggestive/NSFW*

*as long as I'm comfortable with it

Won't draw

  • Mechas

  • Anything related to politics and/or religion

  • Anything morally wrong or ambiguous

  • Anything related to new technologies like AI, NFTs, crypto currencies/blockchains...

How to order

Please, read my Terms Of Service before contacting me.

If you want to order a commission, you have two options to contact me:

  1. Sending an e-mail: This is the more comfortable way because I check my e-mail everyday.

  2. Texting me on my DMs on Instagram or X: This option is ok but it's possible that I can't see it or it ends up marked as spam messages.
